Kia ora whanau,

This year we have had BOT elections. The Whangara School Board of Trustees have an important role in leading the direction and governance of our school community.

We plan to meet at least twice a term at school. These are public hui so if you would like to come along, kei te pai. Nau mai, haere mai.

Sarah Lincoln (Chairperson)
 -
Mother of 4 children who all attend Whangara School, with the youngest Ted, heading our way in 2017. Supports her partner, in a building business, Premier Homes. 

Robbie Kirkpatrick
- Currently 3 children at school, with one close to starting this year. Robbie manages Lanes Bull Farm, locally here in Whangara. 

Tatai Kutia
-
 Tatai has two daughters at Whangara School and he is currently the longest standing BOT member. He has a passion for exploring the outdoors and he lives locally here in Whangara.

Gwen Stuart
Mother of two tamariki currently at Whangara School. Gwen also lives here close to school with her whanau, who has been raised in Whangara, moved away to Auckland and now enjoys the lifestyle of home.

Tania Barbarich
Tania has two daughters attending Whangara School and another one heading this way in a few years. Tania lives in Gisborne and studies.
